NXP Semiconductors Announces the Timing of the Release of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2017 Results

EINDHOVEN, The Netherlands, Jan. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ:NXPI) today announced it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial results after the close of extended trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 EDT.

NXP will not hold an earnings call nor provide forward guidance for the first quarter of 2018 due to the pending acquisition of NXP by Qualcomm.
